TechBulls provides IT Infrastructure Solutions & ICT Services to businesses. Our goal is to enable our customers to achieve optimum efficiency through the effective use of technology-based solutions.

TechBulls was incorporated in the year 2012 and is 100% Botswana Citizen Owned Company.

We are Check Point, FortiGate, HPE, VMWare, Lenovo, Microsoft, Oracle and DellEMC partners in Botswana.

TechBulls is an Oracle Partner & Oracle Engineered Field Delivery Systems Partner. We are also one of the selected organisations in the region authorized by Oracle University to Sell and Deliver Oracle Education.

Managed Services

Apart from implementation of solutions, we also provide managed services. Customers are free to choose which services they want and how they want them.

Service Desk

We offer our customers a full-managed service desk. All support requests are prioritized in accordance with the policies set out by the customer. We then either deal with the request ourselves or escalate it to the appropriate person, depending on our agreement. We are also able to provide consultancy to our customers on setting up and managing a service desk.

Monitoring & Alerting

Our 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre is able to monitor the systems of all our customers in one central location. We can monitor service status, hardware health status, anti-virus status and performance amongst others. Emerging issues are escalated to the service desk, which deals with them appropriately.

Desktop Support

One of the major challenges any IT department faces is managing desktops. These are usually trivial to manage, but very labour intensive. Our managed support service takes care of all issues related to desktop support, freeing up your IT staff to deal with more important strategic initiatives.

Anti-virus

We are able to offer out clients a managed anti-virus solution. We install and remotely manage the anti-virus solution, and deal with any virus outbreaks. This removes a major source of worry.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Managed backups provide peace of mind to the customer since they can be assured that their data is safe. We test these backups regularly and can also perform mock disaster recovery at regular intervals.

For all our managed services, we provide fixed costs, guaranteed response and incident escalation.
